The crushing, screening, conveying, washing equipment manufactured by SBM Machinery has been time tested and proven in the mining and construction industry. The simplified flow chart of sandstone production line is: vibrating feeder -> PE jaw crusher -> Impact crusher (or cone crusher, VSI crusher) -> VSI crusher -> vibrating screen -> sand washing machine -> vibrating screen -> stockpile.

Crushing

Sandstone from the primary jaw crusher accumulates in a large surge pile that continuously feeds both the secondary and tertiary cone crushers. By continuously measuring and compensating for crusher liner wear, the cone crusher can make full use of crusher lines and maintain the machine's setting to ensure consistent gradation.The HP cone crusher feature hydraulically adjustable CSS (closed side setting), along with a wide range of crushing chambers.

Screening and Washing

Screening and washing process play an important role in sandstone aggregate production. The versatile vibrating screen can work as a aggregate screener after primary crushing or as a frontline screening machine along with high adaptability.
