Sand and gravel production line

Sand and gravel production line is widely used in sand and gravel deposit quarry. The complete sand gravel crushing screening plant features high production, environmentally friendly, low energy consumption, high quality sand and gravel products with roundness, versatile application, high tolerance to moisture, easy to control and so on.



The common final grain sizes are: 0-1mm,1-2mm, 2-4mm, 4-8mm, 8-16mm, 16-32mm etc. In the circuit of gravel processing plant, secondary crushing, tertiary crushing, fineness crushing equipment, sieving equipment will act on the raw materials.

In the sand processing plant, sand washing machine is the major equipment. Following washing, the sand has to be dewatered. This is accomplished for the coarse sand (1 to 2 mm) by single-deck vibrating screens.
